Aztec Smart Flash Kit

The Aztec Smart Flash Kit is an advanced roof flashing solution designed for tiled roofs, eliminating the need for traditional lead or aluminium bases. Made from high-quality EPDM rubber and provided with the highly adhesive Butyl strips, it provides a secure, flexible, and watertight seal around tiled roof penetrations for superior long-term protection.

Available in black, grey, and red silicone, the Smart Flash Kit covers pipe sizes from 0 mm to 50 mm. The EPDM variants offer temperature resistance up to 135°C intermittently, while the red silicone version withstands up to 260°C, making it ideal for high-temperature or solar applications.
